The Challenge

A global overnight delivery company wanted to launch a third-party logistics (3PL) spinoff as part of their diversification initiative. They had significant experience in the sorting and distribution segment of the industry, but no experience in the warehousing or pick and pack aspect of the industry. The client wanted to launch in 120 days.
