Project - Electrification

The Challenge

Local Government was offering a onetime financial participation designed to motivate business to acquire new low or no-emission replacement equipment with the understanding the existing high emission assets would be scrapped. The documentation process was voluminous and the offering was available for a short period of time and the funds were limited and issued on a first come first serve basis.

Project Solutions

  • Project Solution 1

Assess the entire incentive program and application process. Developed an application submission template as each asset requesting replacement required a separate application

  • Project Solution 2

Identified all qualifying assets located within the boundaries of the program coverage. Contacted manufacturer's that supplied assets earmarked for replacement

  • Project Solution 3

Negotiated progress payment terms, on behalf of client with equipment manufacturer, to coincide with government disbursements for the project. Minimized client outlay for the project and secured funding for a five year full maintenance contract
