Certified Asset Appraisals are critical for M&A, property tax appeal, sale-leaseback opportunities, and may be required by lenders prior to funding. If a client does not agree with an appraisal generated at the behest of a lender, tax appraiser, insurance appraiser, or would-be M&A suitor they may request their own independent appraisal.
