Description
We are seeking an experienced Valuation and Audit Lead to support the Asset Management team by providing complex analytical, due diligence, modeling, and integration support for project reviews and platform integration across a wide array of commercial and industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Create/review financial models to confirm/establish project returns for project assets being added to the program
- Conduct thorough due diligence on modeling assumptions and variables and prepare communications for senior leadership to present key variances, due diligence, and commercial integration, at turn-over
- Participate in various phases of the project life cycle to understand the strategic objectives of the client and the overall project.
- Help develop valuation criteria for the project, identify operational synergies, and create key performance indicators to achieve deal valuation expectations
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for Finance and C-Suite as needed
- Perform FMV, perspective, and retrospective valuations as required. Participate in the asset justification analysis that will include; refurbish, rebuild, remanufacture, replace analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field preferred
- ASA-BV or ASA-MTS highly desirable
- 2+ years of similar work experience; 1+ years of experience in the consulting industry a plus
- Proficiency in manipulating large data sets in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to organize and present ideas in a concise, credible, and professional manner to various stakeholder groups
