Description

Your role will be to help clients create value through change in their organizations. Consultants must have 7+ years of experience, specifically leading and executing Change Management activities in partnership with a project team, within a defined consulting methodology. As an Organizational Change Management – Senior Consultant, you will focus on the clients’ business problems, lead a team of engagement professionals proportional to your leadership and experience level. In this role, you will provide strategic direction to clients, manage project budgets, timelines, issues, and risks while producing high-quality deliverables. You can expect to collaborate with strategy, technology, and engineering consultants to define, execute, and support key project tasks. You will interface directly with client stakeholders to ensure client needs are met and share recommendations. Additionally, you will support the continuous growth and development of AMI by supporting internal initiatives.

  • Understand the underlying theories of change and is able to apply them in practice
  • Design and execute plans to change behavior using a methodology (structured approach)
  • Align change to key business objectives and values
  • Assess stakeholder willingness, readiness and ability to sustainably adopt the change
  • Design simple, sustainable approaches
  • Manage projects and initiatives
  • Can execute: Achieve real, demonstrable results
  • Organize thoughts and communicate them well both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager in maintenance consulting and/or in a maintenance role in an asset-intensive industry company (e.g., aviation, railroad, transportation, manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, metals, paper, government, utilities, etc.)
  • Excellent project management abilities. Can plan, schedule, execute, track, and administer project in a diligent, method-based approach without assistance
  • Excellent knowledge of performance drivers in production, maintenance and operations
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance, reliability and condition monitoring, predictive/preventative maintenance, and maintenance systems (CMMS) a plus
  • Excellent MS-Office skills; ERP or special system knowledge skills a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
