Description

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple clients with various sized business unit. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners on new and complex initiatives. Builds strong relationships with clients and other business units. Banking or lease/finance documentation equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation, insurance requirements, UCC filings, financial amortization reports, and pricing run compliance packages.
  • Complete verification of transaction economics specific to the assumptions and requirements of specific transactions.
  • Processing lease and loan transactions documents for Credit Committee approval.
  • Comply with all funding and booking guidelines of the client.
  • Prepare complete (pre-funding) loan and lease packages including the verification of calculations, rates, signatures and dates on each document, preparing document checklists, obtaining subordination agreements and filing UCC financing statements.
Requirements
  • Prior lease and/or finance documentation experience. Minimum of 2 years preferred
  • Working knowledge of TValue or Super Trump.
  • HP12-C or HP17-b experience preferred.
  • CLFP designation highly desirable.
