Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Field Consultants and our Engineering team by providing complex analytical, due diligence, modeling, and integration support for project reviews and platform integration across the commercial and industrial solar and battery storage market segment.
Responsibilities
- Create/review financial models to confirm/establish project returns for project assets being added to the platform
- Conduct thorough due diligence on modeling assumptions and variables and prepare communications for senior leadership to present key variances, due diligence, and commercial integration, at turn-over
- Collaborate with our Finance, Business Development, Engineering and Legal teams to ensure modeling, valuations, and expectations support our client’s goals
- Participate in various phases of the project life cycle to understand the strategic objectives of the project, help develop valuation and integration criteria, identify development and operational synergies, and create key performance indicators to achieve deal valuation expectations
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for Finance and C-Suite as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Develop one-off financial and operational modeling programs as required
- 2+ years of similar work experience; 1+ years of experience in the power industry a plus
- Proficiency in manipulating large data sets in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to organize and present ideas in a concise, credible, and professional manner to various stakeholder groups
