Description

Thoroughly analyzes financial and operational key performance metrics and clearly communicates findings to stakeholders. Reporting to the Business Development group, the Data Analyst will play a key role in enhancing Sales productivity in our Corporate Sales Channel to accelerate our path of aggressive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and assists in the financial and operational analysis activities with a complex functional or organizational scope. The manager and also a working lead, will be able to assist in multiple activities at one time with minimum supervision
  • Conducts highly complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred, but not required or equivalent in related field and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented while also very effective working with sales leaders. She or he is a self-starter, success-driven, and works well with a diverse team in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Proven experience as a thought partner for Senior Leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Pipeline Management & Sales Forecasting processes
  • Strong data and Excel skills; strong attention to detail; Analytical
  • Expertise with CRM  administration, reporting, and dashboards
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ attitude to work every day
  • Data modeling skills and experience a plus
