Description

AMI is currently seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Executive to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing physical asset management & business consulting organization working with some of the nation’s largest firms focusing on M&A, turnaround, finance, leasing, and operational improvement strategy development across multiple market segments. Our job is to maximize the operational efficiencies and ROI of our client’s physical asset investments. As a Business Development Executive within our small and growing team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities with public, private, and government (federal/state/local) sectors as we market our brand throughout the Americas. Success in this position requires a dynamic individual capable of establishing new organizational partnerships and advancing innovative projects from conception through implementation. You will generate qualified prospects, address their initial service questions, provide targeted customer support, and increase the market share in any given territory. We have immense goals set for this year as we are looking to break into untapped markets, so we need a dynamic, future-focused Business Development Executive capable of taking on a larger leadership role with our clients and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow high-potential strategic accounts.
  • Manage AMI’s relationship with strategic and operational points of contact with key accounts to ensure AMI is properly positioned to service and grow the partnership.
  • Gain access to and develop relationships with targeted C-level decision makers through a combination of direct outreach and partnering with account leads.
  • Participate in quarterly market/account reviews and annual business planning sessions, both internally and with the clients.
  • Manage all aspects of your business in AMI’s CRM system including opportunities, forecasting, contacts and activities.
Requirements
  • 6+ yrs of experience selling into large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise level businesses and able to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams
  • Experience building and managing account level partnerships
  • Experience driving complex sales processes and working closely with support teams
  • Management experience a plus
